Journal of Japanese Gardens 2005 Shiosai Rankings JOJG's Shiosai Project is an ongoing effort to compare and rank Japan's highest-quality Sukiya Living Environments. The research dedicated to this endeavor continues year after year, but about once each year JOJG publishes an article announcing the current "Top-25" rankings. This article announces the 2005 listings. Adachi Art Museum continues its 3-year streak as Japan's - and quite possibly the world's - top garden. Other top-ranked gardens include Katsura Rikyu, Yamamoto-tei, Murin-an, and Seiryu-en. |
